On Wednesday mornings, we host a meditation via Facebook Live video stream. This allows us to join together to support each other’s meditation practice.
The meditation is a silent sit, with occasional mindfulness bells and the random sounds of the morning. We start the meditation at 6.30am, but the stream starts 10-15 minutes earlier with some music so you can tune in and get settled. You’ll see a view of our meditation room during the live stream.
