Times and dates

  • Sundays: 8.30 to 9.15am
    Next dates: September 23, 30. October 14, 21, 28 (no session October 7)
  • Mondays: 6.00 to 6.30pm
    Next dates: October 1, 15, 22, 29 (no meditation on September 24 or October 8).

What to expect

The meditation is usually guided. Sometimes it’s a silent sit. Beginners are welcome.

No charge to attend. 

How to participate

Call Dey on 5852 3853 or 0419 556470. We need to know how many are coming. And if you haven’t been before, you’ll need to know the address.

What to bring

Seating is provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own meditation seat, stool or cushion if you prefer.

In the cooler months, you might want to bring a shawl or blanket to keep warm. And wear or bring socks because you’ll remove your shoes before you come into the meditation room.
